Refund and Exchange Policy:

At Scentrix PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following terms of our refund and exchange policy.

• We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any product you are not satisfied with.
• Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
• Returned products must have at least 90 percent of the original quantity remaining in the bottle.
• All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive the product.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged orders.
• Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for exchange orders.
• Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable as they are meant exclusively for testing fragrances.
• Orders valued at Rs. 10,000 or above are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged.
• In cases of damage, leakage, or wrong product delivery, Scentrix PK will bear all delivery charges.
